About SQL Masterclass
SQL i.e., Structured Query Language is a standardized programming language used to manage data in a relational database management system (RDBMS). It's very effective for dealing with structured data.
The course is structured to provide you a thorough understanding of important domains including transaction, subqueries, inline views, summarized queries, the exists predicate, and set operations. The course curriculum takes you beyond the fundamentals, equipping you with on-demand skills and providing you with hands-on experience working through and solving complicated challenges.

Curriculum
Project based learning with Live - Sessions and mentor led approach
Week 0: Prepwork
To prepare for the Masterclass, you will be asked to do the following:
Use existing materials and basic case studies to get ready.
Read various SQL web 101 books.
Connect with other cohort mates through the Masterclass Discord channel.
Partner with a classmate to form a team for coding reviews during the Masterclass.
Week 1: Introduction to table joins.
Learn about inner joints and how to match values in both tables.
Learn about left join.
Learn about right join.
Learn about full outer join.
Week 2: Set clause to user define function.
User Define Functions:- A user-defined function (UDF) in SQL is a function that you can create and use within a database management system to perform a specific task or calculation.

Week 3: Subqueries to transaction.
You can use a subquery in a SELECT, INSERT, DELETE, or UPDATE statement to perform the following tasks:
Compare an expression to the result of the query.
Determine if an expression is included in the results of the query.
Check whether the query selects any rows.
Week 4: Project 1 & Assignments.
Know your project.
Get instructions from the instructor about the project.
Finish it.
Week 5: Project 2 & Assignments.
Know your project.
Get instructions from the instructor about the project.

Per week you will go through 3 live sessions by our mentors & 3 days you will be learning within the cohort. Our aim in the masterclass is to provide education and connect you with a supportive group of peers from around the country. In addition to the cohort schedule, we recommend setting aside 3-4 hours each week to complete any assignments from class.
